Visit with Grammy and Papaw

Papaw and Grammy came to visit last night. Avah is showing Papaw how she rides her 4-wheeler....notice the fire hat and pink galoshes!!

Evan's Orchard

We went to Evan's Orchard in Georgetown last Sunday. It was such a beautiful day for the pumpkin patch.....80 degrees and sunny. They had a playground with a straw castle, corn maze, slides, etc. You could also ride a camel (which Avah wouldn't do....not because it was a camel but because a man was holding the rope to lead it around....she doesn't like men right now!), ride ponies, feed some animals, and go for a wagon ride. We also got to pick some apples from the trees. Jenna slept almost the whole time we were there. She did wake up at the end to pick out some pumpkins.....she got the tiniest one thanks to big sister! It was a great family day!

New Toy

We borrowed the exersaucer from our friend Ashley. Jenna really likes being in it because she can be big!!

Big Sis had to try it out as well!

Circus

We took the girls to the circus a few weeks ago. We went with our friends Joe, Anna, Sophie, and Izzy. The girls had a great time. Avah really wanted some cotton candy ( luckily it came with a hat since it was $12)! She didn't like it at all...so mom got to eat it! We got to the circus an hour before it started so we were able to see the animals outside before the show. We also got to see a pre-show of the circus on the floor before it started.

The girls were having fun after their bath. Avah likes to pick out their pj's...and she really likes them to match!

Avah loves to read to Jenna. I thought it was cute that she pulled over a chair to read to Jenna while she was on the floor playing.
