Go Cats!!

We took Avah to her first UK game on Sunday. She had a great time. She loves cheering for the Cats. Anytime a basketball or football game is on TV she yells "Go Cats. Cats, Cats, Cats!" She couldn't believe that she was getting to see the real Cats!! Scratch (one of the mascots) came ALL the way up (we were in the nosebleed section) and Avah got to say hi to him. She didn't know what to think of him. We know that the Cats won because Avah was there cheering them on!!

Funny Girl

It is all fun and games around here. She loves to laugh and play games. She knows when she is being cute and funny and she cracks herself up. "I'm gonna get you" is our favorite game right now and she loves running and hiding from us. This is such a fun age!

Book Worm

Avah loves to read!! She is always bringing books to us to read with her. Of course, I love it!! She is talking non-stop now. She has at least 30 words that we can understand and she jabbers all the time (and she knows what she is saying!!) I can't believe how fast she is growing up, but she is at such a fun age.
We are loving every minute of it!

A Fun Visit

Here are some pictures from my visit with my great grandparents, Grammy and Grandpa Chuck. They came from Florida to see me. I was glad to see them again and we had a lot of fun playing. I showed them how I take care of my baby and Grandpa Chuck helped me feed her a bottle.

HoHoHo...Merry Christmas!

Avah must have been a good girl this year because Santa brought her lots of fun stuff. She didn't know what to think when she saw all of the presents under the tree! She had to try out everything to see how it worked. And of course there was time to stop and eat a few of the puffys that were in her stocking!! She loves playing in her new red chair and pushing around her shopping cart. She puts her baby in it and they go around the house. We can't wait until we can take the wagon out for a spin....it even has cup holders in it!!

It was so much fun watching Avah experience Christmas for the first time (she slept through last Christmas since she was only 4 weeks old!). She loved all of the lights and had fun singing and dancing with all the music at Church. We can't wait until next year....I am sure that she will be telling us what she wants!!

Christmas Eve

We were busy on Christmas Eve, traveling to Lebanon to go to Granddaddy's house, then Nana's house and finally back to Versailles to Grandpa's house. Avah got lots of fun toys and clothes. She had fun eating (this is first because it is her favorite!!), opening presents, and playing with her cousins.
All of this fun was following a three day trip to Indiana to pick up daddy (he has been traveling with work) and have Christmas with Great Grandma Froman. Avah was ready for a good night's sleep to wait for Santa!!
