We came to my dad's for dinner tonight and I brought my laptop to update the blog. This should keep you busy until we get our internet service.

I got some good pictures of Jenna posing for the camera. She was enjoying some time with Grams. Avah's face is covered with strawberries in the picture.

Great Grandparents

Jenna meeting her great grandparents (Grams and Papaw Chuck) for the first time. They are visiting from Florida and were very excited to spend time with their girls!

Fishing

Fishing in our new lake! Avah caught more fish on her Dora pole than we did!

Here are some pictures of us enjoying our new deck. We spend LOTS of time out there. We have not eaten a meal (except for breakfast) inside since we moved to our new house. We have no grass yet, so we got Avah a sandbox to play with on the deck. The deck is 500 square foot and half of it is covered......so rain or shine we can enjoy the outdoors.

Family Cookout

We had a cookout with Jason's mom's side of the family. Granddaddy Kermit (Jason's grandfather) got to hold Jenna for the first time. We are sure to take lots of pictures with him every time we see him because he is 90 years old! There is a picture with some of the grandkids and great grandkids.

What a View

Here is the view from our front porch. We see several deer every night across the street from our house...usually out Avah's window when she is going to bed.

Go Red Sox

We finally got to see the Red Sox. They played in Cincinnati....not as good as Fenway Park....but still a good time. Jenna enjoyed it and curled up to sleep with Aunt Melanie. Avah stayed home with Mammy this time.....we didn't figure 2 1/2 was a good age to sit through a ML baseball game!

2 Months

It is hard to believe that Jenna is 2 months. We went for her checkup on Friday and she is a whopping 11 lbs. 9 oz. and 23 3/4 inches. The doctor asked if my milk was made of all cream! They said that she is perfect (which of course we already knew)! She handled her shots very well. Avah is doing well as a big sister. She has quite the attitude....but what little girl doesn't, right? We are going to Columbus next week to see Aunt Liv and go to the zoo. I will post pictures soon. We found out that we will be getting internet service in 3 weeks. It is killing me to not have internet at our new house.
