The girls had a great Halloween. On Friday night, we went trick-or-treating with our friends John, Ashley and Zach. Avah and Zach had fun and really enjoyed getting all the candy. Avah was not bothered at all by any of the decorations or scary costumes (in fact, she really didn't pay any attention to them!) but if a boy was passing out the candy she would not go up to the house by herself. She is going through a spell where she does not like any boys at all except for daddy, Papaw and Uncle Nate. Zach was giving himself pep talks "Halloween no scare me"! as we were walking around. On Saturday, we went trick-or-treating in our neighborhood (they have it on Saturday every year). Avah was so excited to double up on her candy...although it will last her forever since she only gets one piece a day! Jenna loves being outside and she slept through most of the outing both nights. She did enjoy helping Avah sort through the candy!
